Work has started on the first phase of the ±R2-billion Altona Village development on a 350-hectare site adjoining the Worcester Casino north of the N1.
“The development of some 1,976 residences – mainly houses with some townhouses and group housing – a service station and a convenience community shopping centre will spread over at least the next five to seven years, depending on take up” – according to Pieter van der Westhuizen, a Director of Altona Development Company.
This exciting development is being completed by Altona Development Company of which Martin Wragge is a Shareholder and Director.
